How do I donate?
There are two ways that you can donate to the foundation.
1. Download and Print the form below, fill it out and send it along with your payment to Dallas Community Foundation, PO Box 1001, Dallas, OR 97338.

2. Pay online using a Paypal account or a bank card. In the “add special instructions for DCF” section, please let us know if your gift is for a specific fund, or if you wish to remain anonymous, etc.
